We are a business that offers help to players that need guidance about how to progress through the non-league ladder. We also offer services to clubs by supporting them in finding new players and help players that maybe do not need as much guidance get opportunities.  From personal experience when young players start transitioning into adult football many of them and family members do not know the best way to get into the game and the most effective ways to progress.  This is even the case for players with a bit more experience who may be relocating whether it is for work or for personal reasons. So, what we can do is guide them by using our knowledge.  To do this, we offer guidance by creating targets and goals, advice on next steps in their footballing journey and how to get there. There will also be club opportunities if they are not registered with a club and ideas and opportunities following the FA regulations if they are registered. Using my coaching knowledge, I will also be able to advise and analyse games if necessary and give position specific advice. This will be done by regular calls and contact and making sure this is kept. Also, there will be advertisement on social media which is included in the mentoring scheme.  As a business we are very much focused and dedicated to help players navigate non-league and stay in the game as if you are not clued up it is very easy to get lost and not progress. As said previously, the focus on for this business will be non-league at any level below step 1 that is in both men’s and women’s football. We help players by giving them guidance and by mentoring them but how can we help clubs? We can help clubs by promoting them on our social media, by helping support players from their team whether they are coming back from injury or not getting as much game time. We can offer our services to help steer them in the right direction of players which can be very time consuming especially if you are new to management or to the league. Eventually, we hope to be able to facilitate showcase games or sessions where we can put on a session or game to give coaches and managers an idea of player quality.
